A friend just heard that the insurance will not cover psychotherapy
So here is a reassessed view of psychotherapy :
1)Is feeling anxiety when under control a normal tendancy?
Yes with the keyword “under control”
2)will Yoga and fitness help combat anxiety?
Yes when used regularly.
3)Is it worth the battle to get the insurance to pay for something one does not find necessary but like many people are brainwashed into thinking it can help be on a normal?
