loving you leaving you

“loving  you

leaving you ”

What to write

loving you

leaving you

i dont have air

the end of the night

you  still sleep

so serenly unbelievably

your path

i walked with you

from such an early age

there is nothing bad with you

only me

when you hold my hand

it stops me

i want all myself alone

want to dance

want to sing

to fly above the city

with all my senses

to know what is with me

to save my life

If i am not mistaken

like all married women

it is important for me to know

if i am losing and what is the price ?

i want to make up ten years

and to know this is me

when you hold my hand

it stops me

i want to fly above the city

and to return to my senses

and to save my life.

Know that you flow in my veins

there is no one like you my friend

you will always remain

you are important to me

how to finish

my handwriting is all wrong

the morning shines

and it shines

i want to know what is with me

and to save my life

to fly above the city

once again to light my soul

to save my life .

want to dance

want to sing

above the city

again to light my soul

to know what is with me

above the city

to know what is with me

to save my life

my life ”

Dafna Armoni gave a free concert last night in Jaffa .

The audience was made up of older people who knew her when she began her singing career in the 1980s but some people were incredibly rude. One elderly silver haired man had opened a bag of potatoe chips and proceeded to munch loudly.

People got up and left bored or whatever making noise and i was reminded of the scene from Woody Alken’s “Annie Hall* where Annie sings in a bar and people speak loudly and there are sounds of a bar glasses break but Annie continues to sing , this is the strength and power of a singer that sings no matter what
